Van Fleet Law has represented numerous clients in trial and is experienced in pre-trial preparation, pre-trial such as motions-in-limine and motion to bifurcate, and trial including opening statements, examination, cross-examination and closing arguments. 

Further, Van Fleet Law has pursued satisfication and satisfied post trial collection of judgment, including judgment-debor exams, writs of execution, abstract of judgment, assignment orders and creditor's rights in bankruptcy. 

Matthew Van Fleet, Shareholder of Van Fleet Law, is licensed to practice law throughout the state of California in Superior Court and is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts of the Central District of California.

Mr. Van Fleet has appeared and practices primarily in the Courts of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino. 

Matthew Van Fleet also practices in Federal Bankruptcy Courts of the Central District in Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside counties. 

Mr. Van Fleet has also appeared before the California Court of Appeals, 4th Dist, Div.3, located in Santa Ana.
